We are proving the SBEM (Part L 2013) and EPC for the new Music Studio, Market Harborough. The project brief is a community led low budget scheme utilising existing foundations and local labour to provide a music studio for local people.

Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. Low energy lights throughout to minimise energy use and internal heat gains. Excellent levels of insulation to the building envelope and minimal window and door openings as the spaces do not require natural light, but strong acoustic separation.
