- Certified Passivhaus Consultant
- Accredited On-Construction Energy Assessor
- Accredited Non-Domestic Energy Assessor
- Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor

Worked within Architecture and Construction since 1990. Significant experience and understanding of architectural process supported by an MSc in Energy & Sustainable Building Design. Robert’s key focus is meeting the client’s aspirations using a fabric first approach and guide them through a range of compliance solutions.

- ATTMA certified Air Tightness tester
- Certificate of Compliance for Installation and Commissioning of Domestic Ventilation Systems via NIC EIC

Sean has been air testing since 2016 and has over 400 air tests completed to date. With a pragmatic approach, Sean can assist the site team if any issues arise. Sean can now also support this service with extract fan flow rate testing.
